Wondering how to mix collagen powder? It's simple. The product label says to mix 1 scoop (4 g) in 8 fl oz of water, or add it to your favorite shake, tea or aloe. Here are the steps straight from the label, plus a vanilla protein shake and an iced tea you can make at home in a few minutes.

The label directions

  • Serving: 1 rounded scoop (4 g) is 1 serving. Take it once a day.
  • Mix it: stir 1 scoop into 8 fl oz of water, or add it to your favorite shake, tea or aloe.
  • Flavor: unflavored, so it goes into sweet or plain drinks without changing the taste much.

Always read the full label on the official product page before you start.
