A loaded tea is a big iced tea built on tea concentrate and aloe, with a fruit flavor on top. These are the Herbalife tea recipes we get asked about most, scaled down so you can make them at home in about five minutes. Every recipe below contains caffeine from the tea concentrate.

Prep time: 5 minutes each · Makes: 1 large drink (32 oz)

The base for every loaded tea

1. Dissolve the tea concentrate in 2 tablespoons of warm water.
2. Fill a 32 oz cup with ice.
3. Add the aloe and the flavor ingredients.
4. Pour in the tea, top with cold water, cover and shake.
