🌅 A January Breakfast Routine You Can Keep
The easiest routine to keep is the one that takes a minute. Here is how we'd set up a simple shake breakfast for January: one base recipe, a quick weekly setup, and two easy switches for coffee and tea people.
The 60-second vanilla breakfast shake
- Shake the Formula 1 French Vanilla canister so the contents mix evenly.
- Pour 8 fl oz of nonfat milk or soy milk into a shaker bottle or blender.
- Add 2 scoops of Formula 1 French Vanilla.
- For a heartier shake, add 2 scoops of Protein Drink Mix Vanilla.
- Shake for 20 seconds, or blend with ice and a few berries or half a banana.
The label directions are 2 scoops of Formula 1 with 8 fl oz of nonfat milk or soy milk. Adding 2 scoops of Protein Drink Mix is optional, and both are in the routine kit below.
Set up a week of breakfasts in 10 minutes
- Sunday: scoop 2 scoops of Formula 1 (and Protein Drink Mix, if you use it) into five small containers or zip bags, one for each weekday.
- Freeze your fruit: portion berries or banana slices into five bags so there's nothing to cut in the morning.
- Each morning: pour the milk, add one pre-scooped bag, shake or blend, and go.
- Want fiber in the routine? Active Fiber Complex mixes 1 scoop into 8 to 12 fl oz of water once a day, or into your shake, tea or aloe drink, per the label.
